Cazoo, branded as ‘the better way to buy and sell your car online’, has implemented a new platform provided by Notify Technology. This move demonstrates the priority given to the health and safety of colleagues and customers by Cazoo.
Notify Technology, the fast-growth provider of digital workplace safety, wellbeing, environmental and governance compliance services, has implemented Incident Management and Action Tracking across Cazoo’s UK organisation, with incident types configured specifically to Cazoo’s needs, enabling them to collect the correct level of data at an incident level and manage any events speedily and accurately.
Being customised specifically for Cazoo the platform enables Single Sign-On (SSO) for users through the secure user authentication provided through OKTA, but critically centres on speed, accuracy and ease of use, minimising training needs, but optimising incident management and a proactive approach to safety.
Mary Walker, Health and Safety Manager at Cazoo commented, “The platform built for Cazoo by Notify is simple and easy to use. The team have ensured that our staff have been fully onboarded by being proactive in answering all initial questions and providing demonstrations.”
Group Head of Health and Safety at Cazoo, Ian Stacey added, “The product provided by Notify puts us in a strong competitive position. Key to us maintaining our lead on Health and Safety Management has also been our reliance on the Notify team providing us prompt support as we need it, particularly in the summer period, when staff holidays can disrupt the training schedules.”
Chief Revenue Officer of Notify Technology, Gareth Cram welcomed Cazoo to the Notify Platform. “Delivering for Cazoo has been an enjoyable experience for us. The different levels of heath and safety risk that Cazoo has to manage across its business is well addressed by our Safety Tech. We have customised the platform specific to Cazoo’s needs, providing them with our Extended Dashboards module, which gives them real time reporting across event types, against all areas of their business. We very much look forward to supporting the Cazoo team with their Health and Safety aspirations as we move forward.”
