As a North East Tech Network, Dynamo North East wants to play our part in diversifying the North East tech sector. We realise that we need to do more to ensure we represent our diverse society and support the region’s SMEs and wider tech community to do the same.
The capture of data and evaluation is extremely important in order to progress this to drive positive action.
We have put together a survey below to carry out research and gather some feedback and would appreciate you spending a little time giving us your thoughts:
This survey is for everyone who would like to record their experience and share their views on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the North East Tech Sector:
Please do give us as much feedback as you can; we value your comments and we want to foster an inclusive environment.
In total, the survey should take no longer than between 15-20 minutes to complete, and if you have any questions or issues filling in the online form please email Fareeha.email@example.com and we’ll be back in touch to help.
Just to note, we can only accept responses through the online survey, so please avoid sending in answers in emails or in PDF documents if possible. By having all of the responses in one place it means we can analyse and segment responses more efficiently and effectively. We also hope the online form will save you time in terms of not having to create an email or a word document.
It might be a good idea to share it with colleagues and circulate in your organization to reach to a wider audience.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help, whether that’s specifically about this survey or whether you have questions or ideas you would like to share around ways to promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the region.
We really appreciate your feedback which will help us to improve our work further.
Fareeha Usman, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager
