Newcastle-based Nebula Labs have developed the third in a series of interactive apps to help bring more family fun trails to North Tyneside.
The latest app – Morph’s Epic Art Adventure – is for a new trail inspired by the iconic clay character who made his TV debut on the BBC children’s art programme Take Hart, and can now be seen on Sky Kids.
Morph’s Epic Art Adventure challenges families to find colourful life-sized models of the Aardman favourite found in Whitley Bay, Wallsend, Killingworth, Forest Hall, Tynemouth, North Shields and Cullercoats.
The app is the third Nebula Labs has produced for north Tyneside art trails, following the success of last winter’s The Snowman and Snowdog, and October’s spooktacular Halloween pumpkin trails.
Dylan McKee, CEO and cofounder of Nebula Labs said, “We really enjoy developing the interactive trail apps, they’re fun, creative and it’s great to be working with local partners to bring something to life that families in the north east can enjoy together. Morph is a particular favourite, who’s inspired generations to get creative and I’m sure will be loved by children and adults alike.”
Morph’s Epic Art Adventure was created by Wild in Art and is presented by North Tyneside Council and North of Tyne Combined Authority.
Android phone users can find the app by tapping or clicking here.
