Newcastle based Mincoffs Solicitors have appointed experienced legal IT professional, Helen Cunningham as IT Manager.
Helen, who has over 2 decades of experience in the legal IT sector in the North East and London, joins Mincoffs following 15 years as IT Business Analyst at another regional firm.
She has particular experience in implementing and developing practice management systems and will enhance and develop the firm’s CRM system and other business and system processes.
Speaking of her new role, Helen commented: “I am pleased to be joining Mincoffs at such an exciting time of growth. It will be very satisfying to be able to have an impact on changes and improvements to the current systems as well as help to introduce new technology. I have found everyone at the firm to be very warm and welcoming and I look forward to the new challenge.”
