Newcastle property specialist partners with international agency

Proptech and auction expert iamproperty has announced a partnership with property agency specialist, eXp UK to offer services to the brand’s personal property agents.

The Group is offering multiple services to the firm and will work with eXp to provide compliance services through its movebutler platform, as well as auction services to its remote agents.

Tom Bailey, head of partnerships at iamproperty, said: “With our Partner Network consisting of high street agencies with office territories and multiple people in a branch, this is our first collaboration with remote agents who own the customer journey from start to finish.

“From our side, we see the eXp model as a huge value-add in terms of the people commitment that we put into the partnership. By combining eXp’s regionally tailored services with our tech expertise, we hope to give customers a well-rounded property sale and purchase experience.

“In terms of compliance, iamproperty movebutler will service and assist eXp’s ongoing requirements through our agile platform.

Tom added: “In addition, through iamsold we are able to work with agents to showcase how the Modern Method of Auction can benefit them and their clients, as well as help them to diversify their offering and give vendors more choice.

“The business is very unique and tailored to the individual, so because they’re a lean, forward-thinking and fast-paced company there’s a lot of synergy on a culture level.”

Adam Day, UK lead for eXp, commented: “We’re delighted to be working so closely with iamproperty.

“iamproperty is one of the leading suppliers in the property industry and we’re looking forward to building a strong working relationship, between the agents at eXp, and the whole iamproperty team.”

Ben Ridgway, co-founder at iamproperty added: “The partnership with eXp represents the future of how we plan to work with agents.

“Whilst we’ve had great success with providing auction services or engaging with agents through our movebutler platform to support their Private Treaty transactions, we’re now demonstrating how all of our tech can work together simultaneously and offer a truly end-to-end experience for the agent and client, regardless of the method of sale they choose.”
