North East advisors secure funding for international e-commerce eco retailer

An international e-commerce retailer with sustainability at its core has turned to North East advisors to secure its recent funding.

MHA Tait Walker Corporate Finance advised FFB Growth UK Limited on the financing of business venture, My Illimitato, which provides a range of sustainable products online to the UK and US markets.

The successful capital raise for My Illimitato, is the first stage of the accelerated market penetration of what is an underserved and increasingly attractive market.

Lesley Moore Flaherty, founder and CEO, My Illimitato, commented: “I created My Illimitato to solve the need for consumers to find quality eco-friendly and sustainable fashion and lifestyle products more easily.

“The convenience of finding talented emerging designers and brands that are truly socially and environmentally responsible saves valuable time for all members of the My Illimitato community. Every purchase also includes a donation to important charities working to make the world a better place for all.

“My Illimitato’s close partnerships with MHA Tait Walker and the Mincoffs team have further enhanced our ability to serve both our product partners and our consumer community.”

Lee Humble, associate partner, MHA Tait Walker said: “The environmental angle and general awareness of the consumer to the need for more sustainable consumption has never been so important and I am confident with this cash injection My Illimitato will continue to flourish over the coming months and years.”

Luke Philpott, corporate partner at Mincoffs Solicitors, added: “Sustainability is going to be at the heart of everything we do across life; I’m delighted to have been able to support the business at such a crucial stage and I’m sure, with the cash injection they needed, Lesley will make every success of My Illimitato.”
