NRG ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP PROMOTION AND JOB CREATION TO DRIVE STRATEGIC GROWTH

NRG proudly announces a strategic advancement in leadership and expansion to further cement our standing as a leader in the recruitment industry. In collaboration with our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business, Greenbean, we’re embarking on an exciting journey of strategic promotions and job creation. This initiative marks a significant phase of innovation and expansion under the visionary leadership of Leanne Chambers, recently appointed as Managing Director of both businesses.

We are excited to share the promotion of Adam Gowland to Head of the Tech & Digital division, a move that underscores our unwavering dedication to key technological sectors such as Cyber Security, Infrastructure, BI & Data, Software Development, Project Management, Business Analyst roles, and IT Management in both permanent and contractor markets. Adam’s leadership is set to propel our efforts to stay ahead in the fast-evolving tech landscape, with plans to enhance his team with experienced recruiters aligned with our values and ambitious growth plans.

Furthermore, we have broadened Matt Lazenby’s responsibilities to encompass leadership over the Corporate Services division, creating a synergistic approach by merging HR, Financial Services, Business Support & Customer Contact, and Engineering Manufacturing & Technical (EMT) into a cohesive strategy. Matt is set to enhance his division with the addition of seasoned professionals eager to advance their recruitment careers on a national level. This strategic expansion not only strengthens our service delivery but also aligns with our objective of fostering a dynamic and skilled team poised for national impact.

Moreover, we are delighted to promote Stephanie Foley and Leanne Stevenson to the role of Managing Consultant. These critical promotions highlight our dedication to leadership development within both the NRG and Greenbean businesses and set the stage for our imminent phase of growth and job creation.

Leanne Chambers comments “It’s a source of great pride for us to champion the career advancement of such exceptional talent, who are set to play a critical role in the expansion of their respective business areas and in attracting seasoned recruiters to bolster their teams. This initiative marks a significant milestone for both NRG and Greenbean as we integrate our leadership and the distinctive services and solutions each offers,” She added, “With a robust leadership framework and proactive growth strategies in place, we’re excited to create job opportunities for experienced recruiters eager to propel their careers on a national scale within our Corporate Services and Tech & Digital divisions.”
