Have you ever wondered if you’re offering a good enough salary to attract the right talent? Or whether you should up your perk game, so it’s not all about the money? Do you wonder how your culture stacks up against your competition?
Working with Tombola we’re building a picture of what’s on offer for those working in tech across the region in businesses of all sizes. We’ll be collating all the data anonymously so we can calculate the average salary ranges based on role, experience etc and see what perks are typically offered. We’re also trying to understand the key cultural offerings, such as Friday beers, office dogs and birthdays off.
We’re collecting email addresses as we’ll be sharing the data for free with everyone who contributes – no one record will be looked at or shared in isolation. Our hope is that by building this picture you can advertise future roles confident your package is competitive whether on the basis of money, perks or culture.
Please ask your HR teams to complete the short survey and salary band spreadsheet before the end of February to be included. We’ll be sharing the results exclusively with participants before the end of March.
